Bring the Energy – Mascot Auditions This May and June

The Valkyries are calling on all energetic, creative, and passionate performers to audition for their official team mascot role. Auditions will be held in-person from May 17-22 and again from June 12-13. If selected, you’ll be paid between $130 and $160 per hour to pump up the crowd, entertain fans, and represent the team at games and community events across the Bay Area and Sacramento. An ideal candidate for the Valkyries mascot job must have an engaging personality.

Interested candidates must submit a resume, headshot, and performance videos showcasing past mascot or performance experience. According to the Valkyries, they’re seeking a “fun and engaging personality” with strong non-verbal communication, a flair for humor, and a knack for creative crowd engagement.

The Role and Requirements

This is a part-time, in-person position, and availability must align with the Valkyries’ home games and public appearances. The team’s first game tips off May 16, making this an exciting Valkyries mascot job to step into the spotlight from the start.
